About the Wine:
A genuine rosé sparkling wine - it could almost be a fruit juice - delights the palate with lively fine bubbles, smooth fruity aromas and freshness thanks to its low alcohol
content. It great as an aperitif or on its own. It also pairs well with fish or goats cheese or a summer fruit dessert.

About the Producers:
Véronique Guibert de la Vaissière and her husband Aimé move the the estate in 1971 and on the recommendation of their friend from Aveyron, Professor Henri Enjalbert, a geologist specializing in the relationship between soil and grapes, they planted 17,000 non-cloned Cabernet Sauvignon grafts from prestigious Bordeaux estates. An underground winery was built on the site of the old Gallo-Roman mill adjoining the farmhouse, using cold springs from the Gassac River. Their first wine was bottled in 1978.

The estate is committed to sustainable farming and respecting the land. They say they 'respect' the environment, complexity of wines, and natural and stable biotope.
