About the Producers:
Camillo Zulli, the oenologist and director of the Cantina, - which formed in 1964 - is the driving force behind this exceptional winegrowers' cooperative.
The history of Cantina Orsogna reflects the intention to counteract the severe fragmentation of agriculture and offer small family farms a chance to survive. From its beginnings with 35 members, the cooperative now boasts 450 members who work together towards a common goal: protecting the environment and preserving the traditional knowledge of winemakers.
