Ruby, with garnet hues with aging. intense, has accentuated notes of red fruits, cherry, light spice and sometimes floral, acquires complexity when aged in wood and develops hints of cocoa or vanilla.

Food Pairing: Ideal with pasta with meat sauces, roasted meats, and mature cheeses.

About the producer
Poderi Cellario has been producing natural wines for three generations in the Langhe, Piedmont. The family owns 30 hectares of land. They include vineyards, hazelnut fields and woods. Fausto and Cinzia’s wines are mostly fresh and light, the Pet-Nats are fun and delicious plus they often come in 1 litre bottles, which is cool! They are all made naturally, with no added sulphites, unfiltered and unfined.

It's like a boozy lucky dip where you win every time. Classic styles from some well-known brewers, the occasional curve ball or two and, every so often, something totally weird and always wonderful. I've been subscribed to the Beer No Evil subscription for a few months, and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys experiencing new beers. The tasting notes are spot on. I like that I get to try lots of different beers that I wouldn’t normally choose in a bottle shop - every beer is enjoyable and worth trying - exactly the point of the subscription.
