About the Wine:
A vibrant sparkling with a light body, and fresh fruit flavors. Green apple, citrus, white blossom, and subtle minerality make this an extremely quaffable drop.
The wine is natural and made from handpicked grapes, partially fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then bottled with a touch of residual sugar to complete fermentation. It's often unfined, lightly filtered, and free from added sulfites.
About the Producers:
Albert de Conti is a family-run estate in Bergerac, France, known for its organic and biodynamic winemaking practices. The estate's history dates back to the 1960s when Albert de Conti planted vines, and the current generation is focused on producing natural wines with minimal intervention, using their oldest vines. They are particularly known for their Pétillant Naturel (Pet Nat) wines.
