About the Wine:
Aromas of ripe red berries, plum, and subtle floral hints, with a touch of spice. Medium-bodied with smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and flavors of dark cherry, blackberry, and a hint of earthiness. Finishes with a touch of minerality and gentle oak.

About the Producers:
Cas'Amaro wines are made with organic and minimal intervention methods, and the winery has been producing 100% organic wine since 2022. They work with local ecosystems and indigenous grape varieties, and some of their wines are naturally fermented.

I like that I get to try lots of different beers that I wouldn’t normally choose in a bottle shop - every beer is enjoyable and worth trying - exactly the point of the subscription.
