About the Wine:
Lively, pale pink colour. A dry, fruity rosé from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Reminiscent of an Provencal Rose. Attractive, intense with hints of strawberry, full and round with touches of crushed red fruit.

About the Producers:

Moulin de Gassac wines were created in the early 1990s by Aimé Guibert, founder of Mas de Daumas Gassac. The Moulin de Gassac Selection helped preserve the terroir of the Languedoc region.

The Moulin de Gassac Selection is produced from the finest plots of a unique Languedoc terroir. A remarkable amphitheatre of vines facing the Mediterranean and the port of Sète, the hills of Villeveyrac.

The estate is committed to sustainable farming and respecting the land.

I've been subscribed to the Beer No Evil subscription for a few months, and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys experiencing new beers. The tasting notes are spot on. I like that I get to try lots of different beers that I wouldn’t normally choose in a bottle shop - every beer is enjoyable and worth trying - exactly the point of the subscription.
