About the Wine:
Lo Petit Fantet d’Hippolyte Blanc is Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris. The grapes undergo a period of maceration on skins, ferment with their own yeasts and undergo full malo in tank. White fruits and crystallised citrus.

About the Producers:
Pierre Bories’s operation in Fabrezan is run organically (and certified) and is the antithesis of the mass farming model. Small yields prevail here, the wines are vinified using natural methods and the environment is respected. They are the Petits Fantets in red and white, wines for immediately pleasurable drinking. Brilliant value natural wines.

I've been subscribed to the Beer No Evil subscription for a few months, and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys experiencing new beers. The tasting notes are spot on. I like that I get to try lots of different beers that I wouldn’t normally choose in a bottle shop - every beer is enjoyable and worth trying - exactly the point of the subscription.
