About the Wine:

The appearance is pale straw-yellow with bright, clear reflections. The aroma is fresh and aromatic, with notes of citrus, green apple, and subtle floral nuances.

On the palate it's crisp and medium-bodied, offering vibrant acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing is ideal with seafood, light pasta dishes, and fresh salads.

About the Producers:

Cas'Amaro wines are made with organic and minimal intervention methods, and the winery has been producing 100% organic wine since 2022. They work with local ecosystems and indigenous grape varieties, and some of their wines are naturally fermented.

I like that I get to try lots of different beers that I wouldn’t normally choose in a bottle shop - every beer is enjoyable and worth trying - exactly the point of the subscription.
