Grape varieties: Corvina/ Rondinella/ Corvinone
A medium-full bodied red from indigenous, Veneto red grapes. Expect dark berry fruits, dark chocolate and spice followed by black currant, dark cherry and cassis.
It can be considered a “wine for all the meals”; thanks to its aromatic quality and softness it well fits any kind of first course and due to its complex and strong structure, it can match also second courses like roasted or grilled meats.
This has been produced to organic standards. The next iteration will be certified organic.
About the producer
For three generations, day after day, harvest after harvest, Provolo’s family has been learning to know the vine and its delicate balance with the surrounding environment. From father to son never forcing the pace and the nature, they learnt to look after the work on the ground and in the cellar with care and attention.
Since the birth of the first wine the family’s inherited knowledge has been transferred through the generations, and the consciousness that the right balance among complexity, structure and longevity is a quality that well overcomes other numbers.
