Grape varieties: Corvina / Rondinella / Molinara
A full bodied Italian red that is silky smooth and packed with flavours of ripe plum, fig, and dark chocolate from the Ripasso method. This wine has been aged in oak barrels. Allow to breath for 60 minutes.
This has been produced to organic standards. The next iteration will be certified organic.
About the producer
For three generations, day after day, harvest after harvest, Provolo’s family has been learning to know the vine and its delicate balance with the surrounding environment. From father to son never forcing the pace and the nature, they learnt to look after the work on the ground and in the cellar with care and attention.
Since the birth of the first wine the family’s inherited knowledge has been transferred through the generations, and the consciousness that the right balance among complexity, structure and longevity is a quality that well overcomes other numbers.
