"Prosecco DOC Brut vintage nature, also called zero dosage; characterized by 100% Glera grapes from the 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage we have harvested perfectly healthy grapes with concentrated flavors and aromas.

We have obtained a very light straw yellow sparkling wine with a thin, dense and persistent perlage.

Delicate, complex and fine aroma with floral notes of jasmine and white carnation, fruity notes of crunchy pear and white peach, small herbaceous notes of aromatic herbs.

The subtle and creamy carbonation accompanies the discreet acid shoulder and gives persistence and linearity to the sip."

About the producer

Tenuta Bembo is the 3 hectares of Glera grape vineyard situated inside Crak Brewery Farm. Where they grow their own hops, fruits, malt and harvest their own honey. The vineyard is surrounded by a 6-metre-high upright hop garden.
